Is it possible to have alerts on departure gate and time changes ?
Gate info is only available through your airline, and usually they offer departure and arrival times at the gates.
FA has data streams for takeoff to landing, which is several minutes different at each end. FA alerts could text you when it actually takes off, which is another indication how late the arrival would be.
So, this is not the software for me.
