I know that by clicking on the google earth link when a flight has landed show the flightpath of the aircraft but (how do you know/where do you) find out where the routes are?
For instance with CWRLD2, BAHAA, AR15, BITHO7.

The 5 letters 1 number (e.g. CWRLD2) are STARs (standard terminal arrival routes). You can find them in the procedures section of the destination airport. For example you can find the ones for BOS at flightaware.com/resources/airpor … procedures
AR followed by a number (e.g. AR15) 15 is an aerial refueling route.
5 letters that are pronounceable (e.g. BAHAA) are way points.
You can read the various FAA Publications that describe these in fuller details.
