At any given time over the past 72 hours there are 2 or 3 aircraft squawking something over Kyiv.

But these aircraft don’t show up on the Flight Aware map. Are they blocked for some reason?
Good luck to anyone still manning those feeders with power and internet access. Looks like most are off line except 3 or 4 on the outskirts of the city center.
I’m not sure where you are seeing “2 or 3 aircraft squawking something over Kyiv”. The feeder you linked has reported no aircraft position data over the last 2 days. (“Other” is positionless data, which for obvious reasons can’t be shown on a map; the stats page use of “positions” is misleading, it’s really “reports”)
