Filght Result shows me out of Range

Hello

I want to search flight between Chicago(ORD) to Delhi(DEL) on 26 June 2016 at 13:30 DepartureTime.
My Parameters Are:

StartDate : 1466964000 (converted to UTC-5 for ORD Time 26 June 2016 13:00PM)
EndDate : 1467050400 (converted to UTC-5 for ORD Time 27 June 2016 13:00PM)

But the flight result shows me out of range flight.

but As per my query It Should be,

DepartureTime : 1466965800 (converted to UTC-5 for ORD Time 26 June 2016 13:30PM),

Let me know if I am missout something.

The startdate and enddate arguments are best to be treated as simply whole day selectors, rather than precise times to the second. Your application should then be prepared to walk through the results returned and discard results that are outside of the precise time window you are looking for.
