If you mean a FlightFeeder box those are owned and maintained by FlightAware so it it isn’t working you need to email them. Contact Information - FlightAware

If you’re talking about your own feeder setup (Raspberry Pi, USB SDR dongle, etc.) you need to provide specific information about your setup and what the problem is.
