Maybe I am missing something but I appreciate the new moving style when checking out certain airports.
I listen to KOAK when home but can also listen strongly to KSFO just across the Bay.
Normally where aircraft movements are tracked there is a delay approx 10 minutes.
I have noticed that the Icons are appearing for flights out of Oakland showing estimated and about 15 minutes out of OAK where as I am listening live to OAK tower and the flight has just been given clearance to take off.
The other evening a Southwest flight was shown as heading south over Monterey Bay whereas in reality it was returning to the gate at Oakland because of a figures problem.
Dont believe all you see on the graphics
