Unable to find a valid cruise altitude within the limitations of what you specified in the form, available performance data, and elevation of origin/destination. What were you trying? ---

Mark, Hadn’t heard anything so I tried again, deleted my cruise profile and set it higher then my proposed flight plan just in case that was causing a problem. (both were equal to 7000 so I changed my cruise profile to 8000) Error code returned 670765 I picked a public aircraft profile and it worked so it has to be something wrong in my setup? ---

We don’t really understand the root cause of either of the errors you’ve managed to produce; they just shouldn’t happen. Can you email or fax in a copy of your POH performance data and we’ll be happy to enter it all in for you? I think the root of the error may be related to your single point performance data. ---

I got an email with regards to the new generation flight so I figure to poke in and try and I still cannot get past page one. I get Unable to find a valid cruise altitude within the limitations of what you specified in the form, available performance data, and elevation of origin/destination Thoughts most appreciated. Table shows valid for my performance under aircraft performance entries. Not sure if browser flavor matters but MSIE 7.0 is what I am using this moment. ---

Mark, Just want to verify images were received? I don’t remember getting a confirmation mail like I did in the past acknowledging receipt?
