Embraer Press Release

Embraer Executive Jets

Embraer is building an assembly plant at Melbourne International Airport in Florida - scheduled for completion in 2010. When up to capacity, the plant will produce up to 8 Phenom’s per month.

The Melbourne plant will become Embraer’s Executive Jet Customer Service Center for the configuration of the Phenom, Legacy, and Lineage jets. Customers will be able to design their executive jets interior with the use of 3-D visualization technology, supported by a showroom and a vast selection of interior finishing materials.

Received its US certification today, and Embraer will start deliveries to USA starting next week. (I believe I read somewhere?, they have 10 Phenom 100’s ready for delivery next week?).
