A lot of USERS post and comment under a GIVEN NAME rather than a USER NAME or HANDLE. The Email program will only recognize USER NAMES. It should be expanded to where you can send to whatever name a person is using. It should also be changed to post an Email alert to the recipient, much like when an FA comment post notification comes to you. This would keep a lot of comment strings from going off topic.
