When attempting to edit dump1090-fa this morning using sudo nano /etc/default/dump1090-fa, I keep getting the following error. I’ve tried rebooting the Pi but the error remains

It’s asking you if you want to continue editing because you have the file opened already (in another nano).
Just say Y for yes …
