Hi,

We saw that departed service returns all details about aircrafts which are departed from ICAO in last 24 hours.

It is returning aircraft ident in result set. Is that ident is Tail number or Callsign?

The returned “ident” is what you are probably thinking of when you say “callsign”. It will be whatever identifier that the aircraft is identifying itself to ATC on the radio as. Commercial airline flights will generally be operating as their ICAO airline identifier and their flight number. General aviation aircraft commonly operate as their tail number.
