Does the tail # /owner mean this is a delivery flight?
The tail number doesn’t indicate that it is a ferry flight.
Some manufacturers, such as Boeing, do have a set of tail numbers that are reused. You can think of these as “dealer’s plates.” I looked up the registration number in the FAA database. This registration indicates that the owner is a dealer. This leads me to believe that the number is reused by Cessna for new aircraft.
