# Delayed departure

l would be so grateful if somebody could help me. As the aircraft that l was flying out on was delayed by over 3 hours, l’ve been told that l might be able to seek compensation.

Before submitting a claim, l need to know the exact time the plane took off and landed.

The flight was TCX 2814 from Manchester UK to Dalaman airport in Turkey on the 19th September. lt should have taken off at 12.20 but it was in the region of 15.50 before take off

Any help would be most appreciated.
