I think you meant ‘decode’ - not ‘decide’:

KBCT LAM0R LAL HEVVN DEFUN CEW SJI KHDC  
Name Type Latitude Longitude  
Error: Unable to decide route (LAM0R LAL HEVVN DEFUN CEW SJI)
