CRJ does a touch and go at Cincinnati?

Not just a holding pattern - altitude readout indicates airplane went down to ground level 15 mins before end of flight.

CVG is noise sensitive and they normally use RWY 9 / 27 at night - I bet someone is going to complain.

Would like to hear the CVG Approach and Tower comms on this one.

hard to believe it would be a missed approach or go around due to weather

winds are light 340 at 4 kts, 5 mile vis, mist, overcast at 1300 - I could land in that

tried listening on LiveATC.net archive (around 0220Z) but I am only hearing the approach and tower side of the conversation
