Commercial dual X/C question

Since the dual X/Cs required for the Commercial Airplane ratings dropped the “VFR” requirement a couple years ago, can you reuse the long IFR X/C required for the instrument rating to meet the commercial req?

For example, if I did a 4.5 hour long IFR X/C in 2006 (before the rule change if it matters) and then completed the rest of the instrument ticket, if I go for the Commercial now, do I need another dual day X/C, or am I good and just need to do the night one?
