COA, unlike most of the other major carriers, uses flights in 1900 series for charters and ferry flights.

I’d guess that’s it more likely that it’s being stored/mothballed/retired in the desert than a charter.

Possibility but I still say it’s a charter or a positioning flight. There’s a lot of military charters in and out of VCV.

I don’t think COA is storing or retiring its 737-800s right now.
