COA 67 EGLL to where?

Can anyone explain this? I couldn’t find KKCL anywhere? Also, duration of 17 plus hours seems a bit long for a B752.

There was a typo when the flight was entered into the FAA computer. The destination is KCLE. Looks like they put in KKCLE but the computer only accepted the first four characters.
