As far as the last activity for a general aviation aircraft: This may be impossible to find because so many of them fly VFR and therefore are not tracked in most cases like IFR flights.
Usually Googling the N number results in the NTSB report or a reference to it… I see nothing.

It was involved in an on airport problem in January. Above is a link to a near current picture and you can search NTSB for 11 Jan 09 in Corona, Ca for the accident report.
That looks like some of the planes I fly.
