Can I get radar data on a VFR flight?

There was a plane crash here in Saskatoon yesterday and the AC involved didn’t have a flight plan. Is there a way to get the data even though there is not plan?

The tail is C-FDKM.

That was with a flight plan. Is there a way to track the flight that is NOT on a flight plan but in radar contact?

Without a flightplan there’s nothing tying radar returns to the aircraft so no positions for us.

Check CADORS

C-FDKM’s information. It’s not radar data but it tells you where it was flying.
