Cal Star Medical or "Comandor Avia"?

These are Cal Star Medical flights, as on the radio they call out ‘Cal Star Medical 57’ but in FA, they are showing as Comandor Avia “Comandor Avia” flights.

Bug, or a database thing?

Comandor Avia went defunct about 15 years ago. It will be updated in a few hours.

What’s their callsign? I don’t see them in 7340.

I emailed Aeroflight to confirm it their code was TVD. They confirmed it was.

I get that the airline name is AeroFlight but what do they call themselves on the radio? Waterski? Cactus? Crittah?

I searched for the call sign and cannot find it on the Internet.
