Anytime I see OT in the destination I get suspicious. Quite often it is an On Top clearance and the controller is entering some code known only locally as the destination.
The destination was probably the TTH VOR (TERRE HAUTE VORTAC), rather than the TTH airport (OOTH in Oman).
