It’s owned by Virgin, why would it be registered under Scaled Composite?

Scaled was Rutan’s private company that built the first one.

Scaled was sold to Lockheed I believe but the facility is still where the new virgin craft is being tested.
SO It may get it’s N number under the Scaled name but that’s partly why I posted it here to see if anyone else knew.

I just looked on the scaled website. scaled.com/
the White Knight Two is model number 348.

so N number is

N348MS

The only other aircraft with an experimental reg and PW308 engines are a Falcon and a pair of Hawkers.
