The fight performed a missed approach when landing on a rwy 22 in fogged-in EWR, and landed later on a rwy 4 (I know it because I was on that flight). Immediately after that, you could see the track of all that on FlightAware, but now the part for missed approach and landing on a rwy 4 is missing in the archive. What gives?
They issued an arrival message when the airplane did the first approach. The rest of the track will not be shown.
You may have seen the rest of the approach (after the arrival time) on the map because the arrival message was delayed.
