Truly amazing story - a British Chinook pilot carrying a Discovery Channel film crew, picking up injured troops takes fire after landing in a gun battle in Afghanistan. The pilot manages to evacuate with his 20 passengers and safely land after taking a shot to his helmet:

I’m surprised that’s their last helo from the Falklands. I had a helo from Vietnam fly over my head last night.
