I’m looking to get my Flightaware aerial installed on the roof of my house. Can anyone recommend someone/some company in the Bristol UK area who knows something about ADS-B?

Mmmh, not sure there is something special about installing an ads-b antenna outside. As high up as possible, free of obstructions, and the closer it is to the receiver, the better.
If no one is able to give you more specific advice here, maybe a good way might be to look for radio amateurs (hams) in your area, they might be able to help you or recommend a company?
