Best API for departures at a specific airport?

I would like to see the table of departures at a specific airport.
What would be the best API to use? (For arrivals I assume it is the “Enroute”).
Can I also see the boarding time and other intra-airport notifications (“This is the last call for mister Smith” / “We are now boarding rows 18-24”…)

For departures, see “Departed” and “Scheduled”.

For arrivals, see “Arrived” and “Enroute”.
