I heard a radio program yesterday that talked about SLAPP lawsuits. They are being generated at a prolific rate and since most of us can’t afford a lawyer they are very effective. Be careful what you write either on sites like this or on any social networking site, they are providing a lot of opportunities for the lawyers.
