That was me a month ago. This has been a good year for diversions due to weather in the midwest.

Tornado Outbreak Predicted

Warnings of a possible tornado outbreak from Oklahoma to Iowa are in the forecast for Thursday.
The News On 6 WARN team says conditions are similar to a deadly day in 1974 when 39 tornadoes touched down across the Great Plains.
Computer forecasting models resemble those of June 8, 1974, when more than 3 dozen tornadoes touched down, killing 22 people.
The News On 6 WARN team is predicting tornadoes could hit a corridor stretching from parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri into Iowa on Thursday.

I checked the nws site a while ago, and there was an unbroken string of tornado watches from Denver all the way across NE, IA, IL into central Indiana. Then more watches from WV eastward to the coast. Warnings all over the place.
