I was looking to use AWS CloudFront to reduce the number of hits to the FlightAware AeroAPI for information that seldom changes. However, it seems that all requests made through AWS are redirected e.g. flightxml.flightaware.com/json/FlightXML2/ → www.flightaware.com/json/FlightXML2/ and as such they fail…
Does anyone have experience with this or know for a fact that FlightAware are blocking access through AWS?
