Just a idea I put to work. Having several of the RTL-SDR Blog V3 devices not in use So I decided to put one to work.
I installed (re-installed) SDR Sharp. (SDR# and Airspy Downloads - airspy.com)
Installed the scanner plug in (http://www.freqmgrsuite.com/)
Then loaded it up with frequencies specific to my viewing area (AirNav: Airport Information) (ARTCC - The RadioReference Wiki)
