I would like to know
is there anyway to find out what type of aircraft, etc fly say between 2-5am on any given day? without having to get up at that time and actually look?
suppose it is noon now and I want to find out? anyway to go “back” in time?

Very easy to do this. Just go to every airport and look at the flight arrivals and departures and you should be able to figure it out. May take a while, though.
