Any way to report incorrect/missing AeroAPI data?

  1. I’ve found multiple entries with missing data, notably the “country” and “location” values.

  2. I’ve also just found erroneous data (an incorrect ICAO operator code).

Are there any means by which to (a) provide missing data or (b) report erroneous data?

You can contact our General Support team at support@flightaware.com for further assistance. In your initial inquiry, please provide the FlightAware Flight IDs, “fa_flight_id”, that contain the discrepancies you noticed. This will aid our team with the necessary information to investigate further.
