Antenna below sea level?

Hi,

Trying to enter the height of the antenna in the config page. But the height is not accepted as it is 6 meters below sea level. Unfortunately many area’s in the Netherlands are below sea level so this must be the same for other feeders. How can this be solved, because -6 meters is being reported as an invalid value.

Regards,

Erwin

Where are you located - lat & lon?
According to your profile you are located in an area near Nes aan de Amstel that is higher than -3 meters. Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel is the lowest place in the Netherlands at 6.67 meters below sea level and is a far away from your location.

Hi,

Below my coordinates

Xxxxxxxx Latitude
Xxxxxxxx Longitude

How did you enter the “height” of your antenna? Mine is still below sea level.

To get to the FA configuration page click the * on the right side of the orange band. If it isn’t there you need to log into your account. On the configuration page click the Edit Height link. While you are on the configuration page you should check the accuracy of the other info.

I believe it is purely for mlat TDOA. I wouldn’t imagine a couple of meters would skew results that much. As long as the GPS position is correct

Saying you were at sea level when your receiver is in the middle of the Himalayas however…

Thanks all. It clear to me and is resolved.
