TULSA, Okla. A 25-pound military bomb from an Air National Guard jet crashed into a Tulsa apartment complex late Thursday. No injuries were reported.

The BDU-33 bomb, equipped with a dummy warhead, was found when a couple returned home to the Canyon Creek apartment complex.

The ordnance was partly buried in the foundation of the complex and knocked out electricity.

Police said a military pilot thought he had dropped the bomb over a field in Kansas during a routine training mission out of Tulsa.

Tulsa Police Officer Jason Willingham said the Air National Guard removed the ordnance from the scene. A call to a Guard spokesman was not immediately returned Friday.

The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are investigating.
