My question is reguarding alliances, not legal issues but more from pilots point of view.
in hospitals at first the nurses like when the hospital they work for buys another hospital in the area that they work. mgmt sells them on the idea that it will open up job opportunities for them to move around from hospital to hospital as they move from house to house, or something like that.
but when 1 company owns a majority of the hospitals in 1 area, it puts pressure on wage increases, the hospitals know the nurses have no where else to go so the nurses have to accept pay freezes or smaller than industry average raises. the hospital can also charge more for their services, and pay the employees less.
is this something that the pilots see from the airline they work for joining an alliance?
the reason i ask, is i want to use your hundreds of employees experiances and get a head start on doing what i need to do in the nursing profession to avoid any pitfalls if i can.
yes meek it sucks but the only thing we can do about it is start buying stock in the company we work for and have a say so in the direction of the company.
Seriously, some of the stuff you have been posting, including bringing up threads from 2006 (sorry, but to bring up a thread about F-14s to tell us you fly them on your computer is NOT important) have been odd, but now you are answering yourself?
GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL AND FIND THE PSYCHE WARD IMMEDIATELY, CHECK YOURSELF IN, AND DO NOT GET BEHIND THE CONTROLS OF AN AIRCRAFT ANYWHERE IN THE NEAR OR DISTANT FUTURE!
that’s not me answering my own post, that’s my other personality answering my post. Back in English class my teacher said just ask yourself the question out loud, and a lot of times the answer will become obvious. Besides you do not decide what is important to me and what is not important to me. That’s my wifes job.
