Does the airport TO&L stats count just IFR or does it count all flights in and out of an airport? I am trying to time getting to RVS to pick up my in-laws out of 2V1 but he usually doesn’t file IFR unless he has to. If I can see if he departed on the TO&L stats, that would help!

The graphs are generated from the same data that’s displayed on the arrival/departure “boards” on the airport pages. The “local” airport graphs (default) sometimes display VFR aircraft, but you really need to file IFR for the service to be reliable.
