Can someone point me in the right direction for good quality Aircraft Technical Data & Specifications that I can match with AircractType in the Flight XML?
FAA JO 7340.2 Chapter 5
I am more interested in the type of data as provided on airliners.com
airliners.net/aircraft-data/
But as far as I could determine they do not allow 3rd parties to use their data…
Their data doesn’t reference the ICAO aircraft type codes used in FlightXML.
For general aircraft information with a redistributable license you can use Wikipedia.
