ADSB-Message Rate getting worse

Hi,
i have an pi 3 running and feeding to FA with dump1090-mutability. For 2 Months so far. When i see the stats, all parameters seem to getting worse over time. But the setup isn’t changed and the position of the antenna is also the same.

Any suggestions? Also my antenna isn’t optimized for ADSB

Today i ordered the orange Flightaware stick and also an cable to put it through the window.
Maybe i should build my own antenna?

Don’t panic! Mine have gone down as well and so have my neighbours. Not sure why.

What antenna and coax are you using?
Did you seal the antenna connection inside and out?
I use dialectic grease on the inside and self sealing tape on the outside.
Are you sure you don’t have water in the antenna or feedline?

Not so many planes flying today, I wonder if it might be something to do with most people being where they want to be Christmas/ new year and lots of businesses being on tick over for a week.

Normaly the Antenna is sealed. The Antenna came with 4m of coax cable mountet. Have to use an adapter bnc/mcx i guess. I positioned the Antenna maybe 2 meters in an other direction and getting now much more planes

Or maybe there was water inside and by putting it at a different location it was washed out
