I have set up an alert for an aircraft flight iD in the My Alerts section. I have used the “Meeting the flight” defaults for alerts. However, the only alert I get is when the aircraft arrives at it’s destination. I would expect to receive an alert when the aircraft is first seen (departure). Is this normal?
I have put in a request for the team to look into the issue of you not receiving the 1st seen (departure) alerts.
