I have a setup (Raspi +RTL) working fine in Ft lauderdale. I want to setup a new rig in Virginia near Dulles. What do I need to do to register the second receiver to my account?

I think it’s done the same way as the first - you register it to your FA login.

Flight aware sees it as different becuse the MAC address of it’s Ethernet interface is unique.

You can set it up, register and have it working locally first. Then move it to your remote location and it should pop right up. All you would have to do is set the location coordinates.
