Add search to squawks and display who gives ups and downs

Need to display whom gives thumbs up and thumbs down and why.

Need a search for Squawks so we dont get Duplicates.

To many people can play Negative Nellie while being Anonymous and do it for the sole reason is they are anonymous. I run two discussion boards
and I have this feature where they can give + or - but you are displayed.
