Let me guess… a woman was smoking crack in the cabin and tried to open a cabin door, because a flight attendant (who used to work for Southwest) said the smoking area is located out on the wing… Am I right???

Anyway, cracked windshield… I’m assuming the windshield is only 2 layers… If so then it was just the first layer seems like, at FL360.
That was gonna be my next guess!
