As the ICAO is running this show, that would mean that everywhere the ICAO standards hold sway would be able to handle more A380 operations. North America (which obviously doesn’t fall all of the ICAO standards) would probably conduct their own study for it. But this would mean that the A380 separation would drop considerably, allowing more A380 ops in and out of places it serves.
