Continental released their new BusinessFirst seats on ship #13 this week & I had the pleasure of experiencing the brand new seats on an RJAA-KIAH flight today.
The new seats are absolutely fantastic. They're comfortable in any position, the footrest/legrest isn't awkward (hard to explain, but the old ones were), the lie-flat is tremendous, they're fast & quiet when moving, they appear sleek and modern, and I liked not feeling exposed to the aisle when I was sleeping (unlike the last two generations of BusinessFirst seats). My wife and I both slept for the vast majority of the RJAA-KIAH leg and arrived refreshed. It was an incredibly pleasant flight and Continental should be really proud of the new product.
A few people have asked for pics, so I uploaded some to FlightAware Photos. Sorry for the poor quality, it was a tiny handheld camera with no flash during boarding.

| Congrats on your marriage! You couldn't convince your wife to do a Vanna White for us? Big smiles while sweeping her hand along the new luxury seating? Oh well....... |
