I just heard this over the radio....

27334B- "Tower, there is a turtle on the runway..."
ATC- "34B, attempt to miss the turtle if possible."

....few seconds later.....

2734B- "Roger, we missed the turtle, 34B."
ATC- "Roger, Crisis adverted..."



So, I was just wondering if you guys have ever heard something memorable while talking to ATC?

Years ago while I was taxiing to runway 29 at OAK:
Alaska 069: "Oakland ground your favorite Alaska flight number is clear of 29 to gate 22"
OAK ground after a short pause and of course a female controller: "Alaska 69 how did you know? taxi to the gate."
