Greetings All!

While trying to decide whether or not to take a planned round trip between RDU and LGA this weekend (because of Matthew) I looked at flight activity around MIA. It doesn't seem like hurricane Matthew is slowing air traffic at all. How come? I would have expected a larger void over Cuba and Haiti.

Any advice regarding my trip would be valued. I am inclined to postpone due to possible delays and cancellations. The return flight would be on Sunday.

Traffic hasn't slowed down yet because the weather isn't bad yet. Just because the Weather Channel is Code Brown......

Here is the MIA forecast from Weather Underground. The weather forecast isn't really bad, but conditions in the local area with all the rain might be the real concern.

And, of course, stay up to date on the forecasts.
