Can some tell me why the qantas a380 on the kangaroo route , when reaching iran when coming from singapore , changes route and goes around that country instead of flying above that country and then continues to london ??? is flying over iran dangerous ??? the normal route requires the plane to go straight in that country , thank you for your answers .

According to FlightAware, QFA1 on 6 Nov and 9 Nov, for examples, both flew over the northwest corner of Iran.

That said, you need to heed the notice at the bottom of the map: "At least part of this flight occurs outside of FlightAware's primary service area." In other words, you cannot be 100% sure that the route shown is the actual route flown.

There's also weather that needs to be taken into account. The flight around Iran, though longer, may actually be shorter in time due to tail winds.
