 Post subject: Why are there two tracking aircraft areas?

When you look at your account you may notice that in your my alerts tab you can only have 5 trackings (if you are a a basic member) but In the main area below where you add your personal info there is a place to add as many tracking airports and aircraft trakings as you want. Why have both. Why not just merge the two and allow for lime 20 trackings before you have to upgrade..
