Does anyone know what these two things are at Portland Intl. Airport KDPX.Image If pic is not visible here it is on my Flight Aware pic page. It is a google earth pic.

The area on the left is an engine maintenance test area. They park aircraft inside of it to run up the engines without jet blasting someone. On the right appears to be either a vehicle maintenance shed, or maybe even a fire station with drive through bays.
